Myk / Laticrete 305 (Latafix 305) is a reliable, polymer-modified cement-based adhesive for interior tile installation (floors and walls). It’s designed for ceramic and small stone tiles, and gives good bond strength with ease of use. For more demanding applications (exterior, large tiles, movement), you can fortify it with a latex admixture.
